Staff were friendly, provided excellent service and went above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable. the breakfast was freshly made and delicious, and the room was beautifully clean and cozy. the location of the hotel was also convenient for exploring the city.
Our pick-up from the airport was delayed and inconvenienced us.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities and exceptional service. The staff consistently went above and beyond, making us feel special with personal touches we didn't expect. The Spa & wellness centre was a highlight, particularly the steam room and garden area. Our room was spacious with exclusive advantages that made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The restaurant and bar/lounge area had a great atmosphere and served delicious cuisine.
There was only one minor issue, the snack bar was not available at all times. However, this didn't detract from our fantastic experience at this venue.

The hotel provided excellent customer service, with great communication before my arrival and a smooth check-in process. I really appreciated the warm welcome I received, including a personal pick-up from the airport.- The room was beautiful and impeccably clean, with the added bonus of an electric blanket on the bed, which was a nice touch.
The pick-up from the airport was delayed, which was a bit frustrating.

The staff at this hotel are exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I felt well taken care of. The host, Lindiwe, went above and beyond, providing great communication before my arrival and personally meeting me at the airport. The check-in process was smooth and Lindiwe even showed me to my beautiful, clean room. The attention to detail was impressive, with small touches that I didn't expect. The breakfast served on the terrace was freshly made and delicious. the hotel facilities and the staff's level of service were top-notch.
